Hi! I am Nilakshi, mother of two wonderful children, living in California. I always liked cooking but it became my passion when I had my kids. I wanted them to eat healthy and fresh, so I started cooking with healthy and organic ingredents.  A friend of mine introduced me with an organic farm that taught me the importance of eating local and seasonal. At the farm, I came to know so many delicious, fram-fresh vegetables that I never tasted before. In a way I learned wholly new way of cooking with varitey of vegetables, reminding me of the Albert Einstein’s quote:

“Once you stop learning, you start dying”.
